2. Driver's License Requirement for Installation
At the time of installation, a valid driver’s license number is required to verify your identity and complete the installation process. This is a standard procedure to ensure the security and integrity of our services. You must provide a valid driver's license or government-issued ID upon request. Failure to provide this information may delay or prevent installation.

7. Service Restrictions
We may suspend or terminate your service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are in violation of this policy. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including throttling or blocking access to services if necessary to prevent harm to our network or other users.

9. Communication with You
By submitting a service request on our website, you agree that we may contact you via SMS or phone call regarding service requests, account status, and promotional offers. This consent begins once you submit a service request and continues until you opt out or request otherwise. Standard messaging and data rates may apply for SMS communications.

10. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We make every effort to provide a reliable internet connection; however, we cannot guarantee dedicated or consistent speeds on our network due to factors such as network congestion, maintenance, or third-party services. Typical customer speeds are expected to be within 75% of the subscribed package speed during peak usage hours, on average. Your actual experience may vary depending on network conditions, equipment, and other factors beyond our control.

11. Customer Responsibility for Equipment
You are responsible for ensuring that any equipment provided by us, such as routers, modems, and other devices, is not intentionally damaged. While we understand that accidents can happen, any intentional damage to the equipment will result in a charge for the full cost of repair or replacement. Additionally, events such as lightning strikes, tree falls, or other "Acts of God" are not the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for damage caused by such events.

12. Account Cancellation and Termination
Accounts with invoices past the designated due date will be subject to a 10% late fee per billing period overdue, with late fees compounding each period. We will reach out directly once an account is 7 days overdue, and service will be suspended. A $10 reconnect fee will apply if an invoice is 10 days overdue. Service will be terminated once an invoice reaches 30 days overdue. Customers may reach out to us at any time if they need to pay their bill late in order to set up a payment arrangement and avoid late fees.

13. Third-Party Services
We do not support or endorse illegal IPTV services, including but not limited to services such as "vSee Boxes" or those offering "free, unlimited live TV and VODs" that violate copyright laws. Additionally, we do not support or troubleshoot issues related to customer-owned routers. If there is a service issue, we are unable to diagnose problems with third-party routers on-site, and the customer may incur a service call fee for further investigation.

14. Changes to the Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through email or other communication channels.

15. Enforcement
If we believe you are in violation of this AUP, we may investigate and take appropriate action, including limiting, suspending, or terminating your service without notice.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy.
If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our customer support team.
